Sondra Warner is a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ and business leader with a diverse professional background spanning clinical bodywork, movement education, and organizational development. With more than 15 years of experience in wellness and close to two decades in corporate finance and operations, Sondra brings a unique and valuable dual perspective: that of a deeply skilled hands-on practitioner and a strategic business thinker.
Sondra serves as CEO, Rolfer and lead therapist at Balance Orlando, where she also plays a key role in operations, therapist education, and long-term company vision. Her work focuses on helping clients with
chronic pain, structural imbalances, and injury recovery through Rolfing® Structural Integration and advanced movement strategies.

Sondra is passionate about raising the standard in the Rolfing and wellness professions by integrating business intelligence with clinical expertise. She believes that a well-run practice with well-trained, empathic therapists creates better outcomes for both clients and practitioners. She is excited to serve in a leadership capacity where she can share her systems-based approach to client care, mentor fellow professionals, and contribute to advancing the field of structural bodywork. Her goal is to make high-quality Rolfing more accessible and give back to the community.
