This form is to collect information for DIRI-Initiated Workshops that are run through the Institute.
Please use the above form to submit information for a SINGLE Required Intermediate CE Workshop you would like to teach. Approved categories are below.
This format is paid on a salary basis through payroll with withholdings, (per diem & travel included), and does not require a $150 posting fee. DIRI will also cover the venue cost and carry liability insurance. The minimum enrollment needed per faculty member is eight (8) for the class to run, and the pay for each class is limited to one full-time faculty member.
This form is not for Rolfing or Advanced Training.

NCBTMB requires that certificates issued by DIRI are only for classes that are approved by NCBTMB. If you are submitting a NEW workshop that is not listed verbatim on the NCBTMB Approved Course List, please use the above form to submit additional information for NCBTMB approval.
This form is for offsite DIRI Faculty-Initiated Workshops that are run through the Institute and paid through payroll on a tuition flow-through basis. *Classes offered at DIRI are paid on a salary basis (per diem & travel included).
**Rolf Movement Certification courses are paid solely on a salary basis, regardless of location. Required Intermediate classes taught at DIRI are paid under the "DIRI initiated" format, regardless of who initiated the course.

The posting fee is $150 up-front per workshop assigned with a new course number (if a workshop has four parts with four separate registrations, it will need four separate course numbers). Payment is required upon form submission and your class will not be built until the fee has been paid.

If we do not receive both this form and the DIRI Continuing Education Workshop Submission form, we will not start building your workshop.

This form is for Faculty Owned and Administered Elective CE Workshops that are run through the Institute. This form is not for Rolfing Certification, Rolf Movement, or Advanced Training.
Please be advised that courses submitted here are only eligible for Elective CE credit, cannot include "Rolf Movement" in the title or on the certificates, and cannot use any of the DIRI-owned Required Intermediate curricula. Classes submitted here will not be counted towards the Required Intermediate or Rolf Movement requirements, and will only be considered for the Required Elective CEs for Advanced Training.

DIRI will no longer submit Elective CE classes on the behalf of faculty.
This format is paid as tuition flowthrough via Accounts Payable (Bill.com). A Form 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.
