Rent Our Space

Amenities Include:

• Three beautiful classroom spaces with ample natural lighting, laminate floors, white boards, wall mirrors, and more.

  • Classroom 1- Integration occupancy 30-54 people.

  • Classroom 2- Structure occupancy 30-54 people.

  • Classroom 3- Function occupancy 18 - 39 people.

• Kitchen access with refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven.
• Back jacks, fit balls, chairs, benches.
• One powered massage table is included.
• Additional manual tables ($25 flat rate per day).
• Linens: sheets, pillowcases, blankets (additional $25 per rental term).
• Projector for video sharing with optional AppleTV (refundable deposit of $50 needed for AppleTV use)

*Please Note: The use of incense, sage, moxa, or other agents that emit strong odors is strictly prohibited while using the studio as our HVAC system distributes these smells and odors throughout the building.

Who can rent from us:

As a bodywork school, we pride ourselves on being part of the health and wellness field. Events and workshops that explore alternative healing, massage, bodywork techniques, and consciousness are in line with this.

Rental Formats:

• Hourly, half-day, full-day, or multi-day availability

Pricing:

• By the hour: $35 for classroom 1 or 2. $30 for classroom 3
• By the day: (>8 hrs.)  $275 for classroom 1 or 2. $240 for classroom 3
  (Cleaning fee is included.)

Securing Your Dates:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total Rental Fee is required at the time of application acceptance.

Payments: The rental balance is due 30 days before the event.

*These are guidelines – the specifics will always be documented in a Rental Agreement signed by both parties.
