Mentorship

Support the next generation of Rolfers™ while earning Continuing Education credits.

Why Become a Mentor?

Throughout your Rolfing® career, support and guidance have no doubt been essential for deepening your knowledge and skills. The DIRI Mentorship Program provides a special opportunity for experienced practitioners to mentor less experienced Rolfers™, share their expertise, and inspire professional growth.
  • Help mentees build confidence, refine techniques, and understand the profession
  • Strengthen your own teaching, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Earn up to 24 hours of Continuing Education credits toward Advanced Rolfing® Certification.
  • Be recognized on the DIRI website as a Certified Mentor.

What is the DIRI Mentorship Program?

The mentorship program fosters a collaborative relationship between two professionals: a Certified DIRI Mentor — an experienced practitioner — and a Mentee, a Rolfer™ seeking guidance. It’s a formal, structured pathway for training which uses clearly defined, measurable goals and documented outcomes.

A mentee will choose a DIRI-approved, Certified Mentor whom they respect and who will help them understand themselves better as a professional and with whom they can be honest and vulnerable in their path to becoming a Certified Advanced Rolfer™.

This program will enable you to support the next generation of Rolfers by passing on the guidance and wisdom that you have acquired through study, practice, and through others sharing their wisdom with you.
