• Over 600 hours of Rolfing® Certification Training
  A rigorous foundation in Rolfing® Structural Integration, including anatomy, physiology, theory, and extensive hands-on practice.

• 168 hours of Advanced Rolfing® Training
  Advanced study focused on refinement of skills, clinical judgment, and deepening perceptual awareness within the work.

• Over 210 hours of Rolf Movement® Training
  Comprehensive movement education supporting functional integration, embodiment, and sustainable change.

• Over 850 hours of in-class training experience
  Substantial in-person learning that includes supervised practice, teaching practicums, mentoring, and collaborative professional development.

• Hundreds of hours of continuing education the field of Structural Integration.
