Transcripts & Replacement Certificates

Transcripts:

Please fill out the following form below for Transcripts. Transcripts are $10 each payable by mailed check or via credit card. If RUSHED mailing is needed, there will be an additional cost to cover supplemental postage.

Process Time: For graduation from 2000 to the present, process time is a week. For graduation prior to 2000, process time could be up to three weeks.

Note: Official transcripts sent to an individual will not include the official envelope with seal. Only transcripts mailed to accrediting and licensing organizations will include the official envelope and seal.

Replacement Certificates:

Please fill out the following form below for replacement Certificates. Certificates are $10 each payable by mailed check or via credit card. There are several options for Replacement Certificates which will be indicated after you complete this form by Student Services.

Process Time: Process time could take up to a month depending on which signatures are required.

In accordance with FERPA, The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration does not give out information to third parties. It is an individual’s responsibility to request an official transcript be sent to the requesting organization. For more information about FERPA, please visit rolf.org/become/FERPA.
